In a Magic: The Gathering Sealed Regional Championship Qualifier (RCQ), players build a 40-card minimum deck from 6 unopened booster packs. Events follow competitive rules enforcement (Comp REL) and include a deck registration phase, a build period, Swiss rounds, and a cut to a Top 8 draft.
