Packs shipped quickly and packed carefully - same level of care as previous order. Found out about their shop through youtube and happy to support good people and a game store that cares. Customer service isn't dead, it just isn't as prevalent as it used to be. They didn't have to take a time to write a note on the packing slip but they did. Little things can make a big difference and leave a positive impact. Thanks again for getting product to me quickly :)

I had so much fun unboxing the mystery figures I got from Pandora's Deck Box, I ended up with a rate figure! The staff at the shop was excellent, they were excited to see what figure I got. Very happy with my purchase and love this store!
