Packs shipped quickly and packed carefully - same level of care as previous order. Found out about their shop through youtube and happy to support good people and a game store that cares. Customer service isn't dead, it just isn't as prevalent as it used to be. They didn't have to take a time to write a note on the packing slip but they did.
